The Lisbon treaty, which replaces the proposed "European Constitution" (rejected by the French, Irish and Dutch electorates) does, according to the EU Commission and the governments of France, Germany and Italy, incorporate 95% to  98% of the rejected constitution. You were not allowed to vote on the Lisbon treaty by the UK government (unlike the Irish who were encouraged to vote twice having rejected the treaty the first time around). However, you may still vote (or not) for the Constitution here!
