The proposed revised treaty to this constitution (rejected by the French and Dutch electorates) is not available in English. The newly revised treaty does however (according to the EU Commission and the governments of France, Germany and Italy) incorporate 95% to  98% of the rejected constitution. You will not be allowed to vote on the revised treaty by the UK government. This could be your one and only chance to do so.
