The  Lisbon treaty  incorporates 95% to  98% of the constitution rejected by the Irish and Dutch electorates. You were not allowed to vote on the revised treaty by the UK government (unlike the Irish who were asked to vote twice). This therefore could be your one and only chance to have your say.
