The proposed revised treaty to this constitution (rejected by the French and Dutch electorates) is not available in English. The newly revised treaty does however (according to the EU Commission and the governments of France, Germany and Italy) incorporate 95% to  98% of the rejected constitution. You will not be allowed to vote on the revised treaty by the UK government (unlike the Irish who will be encouraged to vote twice having rejected the treaty the first time around). This could be your one and only chance to have your say.
